Title: Shrimp 'n' Rice Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1lbShrimp; cooked, peeled, and deveined
2cRice; cooked
1/4cCelery; thinly sliced
1/4cOlives, stuffed; sliced
1/4cPepper, green; chopped
1/4cPimiento; chopped
1/4cOnion; minced
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
3tbMayonnaise
  Lettuce
2 Tomatoes; cut in wedges
  Celery leaves
  French dressing; commercial

Combine first 10 ingredients, and toss lightly. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce, and garnish with tomat wedges and celery leaves. Serve with French dressing.
